Return Policy

The right of withdrawal is the right our customers have to return a product purchased through a non-physical channel (online store or social media purchase) within a specified period.

1. Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:

  • The jewelry must be in its original condition: unworn, with its original packaging, tags intact, and undamaged.

  • Does not apply to personalized or custom-made jewelry: If the customer has requested a piece of jewelry that is made exclusively or with personalized engravings, they will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal.

  • The right of withdrawal only applies to purchases made outside of a physical establishment, i.e., online or through social media.

2. Deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal:

  • The deadline to exercise the right of withdrawal is 14 calendar days from the date the customer receives the jewelry.

  • For purchases made in our physical store, the right of withdrawal is not accepted, as it only applies to distance sales (online or through social media).

3. Process for exercising the right of withdrawal:

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must follow these steps:

  • Notify our customer service team of your intention to withdraw within 14 calendar days. You can do so through our sales channels.

  • Return the product in its original condition. Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

  • The product must be delivered in the same packaging in which it was received, with the labels intact and no signs of use.

  • Once we receive the jewelry and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund for the amount paid for the product. Please note that shipping costs are not included.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • Personalized products : jewelry made to measure or with engravings requested by the client.

  • Damaged products : if the product shows signs of use or damage by the customer.

6. Money Refund:

  • The refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase, within 10 business days of receiving the product and confirming compliance with the terms and conditions. If you paid with a payment provider, we will request that the payment provider reverse the transaction and refund your payment. Each payment provider has its own refund policies and times.

  • If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the shipping costs generated by the delivery of the initial product will not be refunded .

  • If a voucher is requested for the exchange of jewelry, it will be effective once we receive the item at our jewelry store and determine its condition before proceeding with the exchange.
