Shipping Policy

At FIANCEE GROUP LLC ("Fiancee," "we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to providing a safe, reliable, and transparent shipping experience for every order placed through https://lafianceejoyas.com.

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States and Canada.


1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days after:

  • Payment has been successfully completed.

  • Any required identity verification has been approved.

Orders containing custom woven bracelets, laser engraving, personalized jewelry, or custom-made items require additional production time and are generally processed within three (3) to four (4) business days after identity verification has been completed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.


2. Shipping Carriers

Orders shipped within the United States are delivered through FedEx or USPS, depending on the destination, operational requirements, package value, and service availability.

Orders shipped to Canada are delivered through DHL.

Fiancee reserves the right to determine the shipping carrier used for each shipment in order to provide the safest and most efficient delivery service.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Free shipping promotions, when offered, may be subject to minimum purchase requirements, destination restrictions, promotional periods, or other conditions specified by Fiancee.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times depend on:

  • The selected carrier.

  • Destination.

  • Weather conditions.

  • Carrier operations.

  • Peak shipping seasons.

  • Customs inspections (Canada).

  • Other circumstances beyond Fiancee's reasonable control.

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Fiancee is not responsible for delays caused by FedEx, USPS, DHL, customs authorities, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will automatically be sent using the contact information provided during checkout, including email, SMS, or WhatsApp when available.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking information provided.


6. Identity Verification

To protect our customers against fraud, identity theft, and unauthorized transactions, Fiancee may require identity verification before shipping an order.

Verification may include:

  • Government-issued photo identification.

  • Confirmation of the payment method.

  • Proof of billing or shipping address.

These services are optional and selected voluntarily by the customer.

Fiancee shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, delivery dispute, failed delivery, or carrier claim resulting from the customer's selection or rejection of any optional shipping service, including signature confirmation, delivery to a carrier location, or shipping insurance.

Any claim submitted to a shipping carrier shall be subject to that carrier's investigation, policies, procedures, and final determination.


8. High-Value Orders

For security reasons, Fiancee may require additional security measures for high-value orders, including:

  • Mandatory signature upon delivery.

  • Delivery only to verified addresses.

  • Additional identity verification.

  • Carrier hold for pickup.

These measures are implemented solely to protect the customer and reduce the risk of fraud or theft.


9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including:

  • Full legal name.

  • Complete shipping address.

  • Apartment or unit number, if applicable.

  • Valid phone number.

  • Valid email address.

Fiancee is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


10. Address Changes

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, Fiancee cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be modified.

Any requested address change is subject to carrier approval and may involve additional fees or delays.


11. Failed Deliveries and Returned Packages

If a package is returned because of:

  • Incorrect address.

  • Refused delivery.

  • Failure to claim the package.

  • Recipient unavailable.

  • Any customer-related reason.

The customer shall be responsible for:

  • Original shipping charges.

  • Return shipping charges.

  • Re-shipping costs.

  • Any applicable taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or carrier charges.

Refunds, when applicable, will only be processed after the returned package has been received and inspected by Fiancee.


12. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If a package is lost or damaged during transit, customers should contact Fiancee immediately.

We will assist in initiating a claim with the shipping carrier.

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Photographs.

  • Written statements.

  • Identification.

  • Any documentation requested by the carrier.

Once the carrier marks a shipment as Delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient unless the carrier determines otherwise through its claims process.


13. Shipping Insurance

Certain shipments may include shipping insurance depending on the carrier, destination, and order value.

Insurance claims are governed exclusively by the carrier's policies and investigation process.

Any replacement or refund resulting from a shipping claim will only be considered after the carrier has completed its investigation and issued a final determination.

  • Natural disasters.

  • Severe weather.

  • Carrier interruptions.

  • Government actions.

  • Customs delays.

  • War.

  • Terrorism.

  • Pandemics.

  • Technical failures.

  • Labor strikes.
