Custom Purchase Policy

At La Fiancée Joyas, we specialize in creating unique 18k gold pieces, designed and manufactured exclusively for each client. Because our custom jewelry requires a detailed, handcrafted process, the following conditions apply:

1. Manufacturing Time
- Custom jewelry has an estimated manufacturing time of 15 to 30 business days, depending on the complexity of the design, finishes, and availability of materials.
- The delivery period begins once the final design has been confirmed and the initial payment (advance or full payment) has been received.

2. Advances and Payments
- To start manufacturing, a minimum advance payment of 50% of the value of the piece is required.
- The remaining payment must be completed before shipping or upon delivery.
- Payments are non-refundable once the manufacturing process has begun, due to the unique and personalized nature of the piece.

3. Changes or Cancellations
- Changes or cancellations are not accepted once the jewelry has entered the production stage.
- Design adjustments may only be made during the sketch approval stage, before manufacturing begins.

4. Quality Assurance
- Each personalized piece of jewelry is crafted in solid 18k gold, guaranteed authentic.
- Parts undergo quality control before shipping to ensure they meet the approved design.
- In case of manufacturing defects, we offer free adjustments within the first 30 days after delivery.

5. Shipping and Delivery
- Once the piece is finished, our USPS Priority Mail or FeDex with tracking shipping policies apply.
- The estimated delivery date will be notified to the customer in advance.

6. Customer Responsibility
- It is the customer's responsibility to review and approve the digital design or sketch before manufacturing begins.
- Subsequent changes may incur additional costs and extend delivery times.
