Shipping Policies
At La Fiancée Joyas, we ensure that each 18k gold piece arrives safely and quickly to its destination.
We use USPS Priority Mail for all shipments within the United States.
1. Delivery Times
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. - USPS Priority Mail has an estimated delivery time of 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During peak seasons (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.), these times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Costs
- Standard Priority Mail Shipping: $15.00 USD
- Express Priority Mail Shipping: $45.00 USD
3. Tracking and Insurance
- All our shipments include a tracking number, which will be sent to the customer once the order is shipped.
- Each package has standard $100 USD insurance against loss or damage.
- For high-value jewelry, we offer additional insurance up to $5,000 USD, at an additional cost, which will be quoted at the time of purchase.
4. Security and Delivery
- We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. For the buyer's security, the shipment will be sent to a USPS office where it can only be claimed by the buyer.
- If the customer is not at the indicated address, the USPS will make additional attempts, and if delivery is not possible, the shipment will be returned to La Fiancée's shipping location in Connecticut.
5. Packaging
- All jewelry is shipped in a La Fiancée gift box, carefully protected within padded packaging.
- For security reasons, our packages do not include labels or words such as "jewelry" or "gold" on the outside.
6. Customer Responsibility
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete address.
- Once the package has been delivered to the USPS, La Fiancée is not responsible for subsequent theft or loss.
- In the event of loss during transit, a claim will be processed with the USPS for insurance coverage.
7. Special Shipping
- We can also arrange express shipping for an additional charge.
